The Old Colony YMCA serves 31 communities in Southeastern Massachusetts with programs for all ages and abilities, designed to build healthy spirits, minds and bodies. Programs include fitness, after-school enrichment, summer camps, residential treatment for youth, senior wellness and more.  All activities stress positive values that enrich the individual, strengthen the family and enhance the quality of life for all members of the community.

We are one of the largest human service providers in Southeastern Massachusetts, serving over 114,430 children and families each year.  Dedicated to supporting the development of each individual's healthy body, mind, and spirit, we provide services without regard to income, race, sex, religion, or physical ability.
