Stratlign is a full-service tax and accounting firm offering bookkeeping, payroll, tax, as well as other services to small businesses and individuals. We are located in downtown Plymouth, Massachusetts. We strive every day to help our clients work on their business instead of in their business by leveraging our expertise, experience, and proven solutions.
Our firm is looking for our next great team member to fill the role of Client and Firm Relations Administrator. This position provides support to all team members. We are dedicated to great customer service and this role is key in providing that level of service. This position will involve personal and electronic communications with clients as well as management of office operations.
Recommended Skills/Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office Products (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt and learn new technology
Ability to work independently and make decisions on the fly
3 to 5 years’ experience working in a professional office environment
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Excellent time management
Ability to communicate in a professional manner in-person, via email, and other electronic means
