He has successfully leveraged 30 years of corporate business experience into sound business practices that work for small businesses. He brings a unique set of coaching skills, proprietary business tools and a commitment to accountability that enables business owners to operate more effectively.

Will has sat on corporate Boards of Directors, facing the challenges that all fast growing companies encounter. He gives back to his community as the Executive Director of the non-profit Taking People Places (TPP) which provides rides for seniors and differently abled citizens in the Greater Plymouth area. He previously served two terms as a Governor-appointed Trustee for Cape Cod Community College, and currently sits on the long-range capital planning committee for the 4Cs Aviation Maintanence Technology program at the Plymouth Municipal Airport.
