Since 1985, Community Connections has been providing life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities. Community Connections offers day habilitation, life skills, employment services, supported living services, community-based day supports, social recreation, and transportation services to nearly 800 individuals across southeastern Massachusetts.
